To make sure your device has IMEI or not, you can your IMEI number with simple dial number it is *#06*# and then press call. If you find there that the IMEI is null or not registered, fine... you need this article as well.
Lets try this method to restore your IMEI:
- You can open dial number and type *#06*# to check your IMEI number. You need to reconfigure the settings to fix this if no signal or not registered. This happens cause network problem on your android device.
- Still in dialer, type *#197328640# or you can type it with different code it is *#*#197328640#*#* We hope you still understand after all this.
- By pressing that code you will be prompted into the Command Code, provided On the screen, you can select common, normally option 6.
- And then select (FTM) Option 1.
- Actually FTM is a code for debugging and testing
- If FTM is on means you have to turn this OFF.
- as soon as possible you turn it off and the NULL or not registered IMEI number on your android device will be restored immediately.
Note:
Without leaving the command screen you can press menu key, the button thats found left of the home button on your android device.

Android 7.0 Nougat is about to change the phase of Android OS with enforced system integrity boot checks, which wont allow Android to boot if the boot image or partitions are corrupt. Unlike the initials Android 4.4 kitkat OS that has supported verified boot.
Enforcing verified boot is definitely a step toward greater security for Android users, but it could also lead to more problems on devices suffering from software and/or hardware issues, where the possibility for disc corruptions to occur is greater.

In other words, devices coming preloaded with Android 7.0 Nougat or upgraded to Android 7.0 might be root forbidden… You root it, you damage the software hence corrupting the boot image. You may not be able to tweak it the way you want.
I cant imagine how life will be without being able to root a device, tweak the device the way I want. Life will be difficult without rooting an Android device.
This is why I may never upgrade to Android 7.0 Nougat. I don’t know about you.Source

Unsolicited SMS from strange numbers and adverts has never been my thing but they keep coming even when you don’t want them. Regardless of the applications you’ve use to block unsolicited SMSfrom Telcos, they still manage to maneuver their way into your phone.
Finally one of the Telecom company in Nigeria has finally adhere to NCC instruction on stopping unsolicited SMS from MTN.
MTN newly introduced Do-Not-Disturb (DND) list which allow you to stop every unsolicited SMS or unwanted campaign messages. At least this feature will allow your phone to rest… only expect life changing sms.
How Can I Stop Unsolicited SMS From MTN?
Send HELP to 2442 for free and you’ll see options to opt out from any particular sms campaign ranging from educational, health, sport, banking etc..
I’m waiting for other Telcos to follow the same footstep or else be fine. This invasion of privacy must come to an end.

Instant messaging application WhatsApp has recently released its latest features. This application is owned by Facebook and trying to apply encryption technology (anti-tapping) so that conversations between users are protected.
