ALCATEL ONETOUCH Pop 7 Hard Reset Steps:

Use Internal Setting

• From any Home screen, tap Apps.
• Tap Settings.
• Tap Backup & reset.
• Select Backup & reset and Automatic restore. Ensure you have a backup account (Google) set.
• Tap Factory data reset.
• Tap Reset tablet.
• Tap Erase everything.

Use Hardware Keys

1.Turn off the device.

2.Press and hold down the Volume up key and Power key at the same time until a menu screen appears. This step may take several seconds.

3.Press the Power key to select Recovery.

4.Highlight the desired Language using the Volume up / down keys.

5.Press the Power button to select the language option.

6.Use the Volume down key to navigate to Wipe data/factory reset.

7.Press the Power button to select this option.

8.Press Volume down to select "Yes -- delete all user data". Press Power button to select.

9.After Data wipe complete shows near the bottom of the screen, highlight Reboot system now.
Press the Power key to reboot.

1.Enable USB Debug On Developer Option,,, If No Developer Click 7 Times Build Number

2.Power Off Phone

3.Open Android MTK Tool 2.5.5.1

4.Click Unlocking Tab

5.Select Alcatel And Device Model

6.The Press Direct Unlock

7.Insert USB To Phone Then Press Power 5 to 7 Second Install Driver If Needed..

8. Wait Unlock Done..

Procedure:

1.Open SP Flash tool

2.Load Scatter file,after loading scatter file

3.FILL CUSTPACK, MOBILE_INFO, and other file. UNCHECK PRELOADER only (Never flash preloader)(if error occur include PRELOADER. Proceed at your own risk).

4.Press Download to Flash your Phone.

5.Insert usb cable to the device

6.Wait until Complete Flashing

Optional:
If flashin successful make HARD RESET
press vol+ and power button
