By doing hard reset your data and file will be lost, it means before you do it you have to back up your data and file first to PC or you can upload it on Google Drive.
How to do hard reset on SAMSUNG Galaxy J1
- Turn off your phone completely, you can turn off !
- Press Volume Up button (Home) and power simultaneously
- This is what the people call "Recovery Menu", menu screen will appear
- Just navigate it by moving with volume button and highlight "Wipe data / factory reset" and press Power to select OK
- Your phone is doing hard reset automatically, in this step your data and file will be lost
- After it is completed you can reboot your phone, it is press power
- Done

How to use this tools
1. In Rockchip cpu many of boot mode so try one by one
- press and hold volume down + power
- press and hold menu button and connect usb cable
- open tablet and check on pcb have button that press and connect usb cable
2. after connect you tablet in to pc check first drivers which driver with connect ( must rockchip driver )

4. choose 3 option " misc "
5. click on last box you can see in tutorials
6. then open one box choose " image " file
7. open it and click on run button
8. you are done
