FactoryDownload/UpgradeDownload1. Unpack ROM and extract Starmobile_AndroidL_v13.0_01262016.pac
2. Run UpgradeDownload or FactoryDownload, connect your android device to the computer
3. Click on "Load packet" and add the .pac
4. Click on "Start"
5. During the flashing your mobile will restart automatically

Heres the steps you should follow to make a Hard Reset in your Starmobile Play Spark.Perform a Hard Reset if you forgot any password you put in your Starmobile Play Spark like Pattern Password.Pin Password or the likes.
Warning:Make sure your battery is Fully Charged 70% Above!
7.Wait until completely Power On and follow on screen to continue using phone.

Heres How To Perform A Hard Reset:
1.Turn Off (Remove Battery and Put it Back to the Phone)
2.You have to follow this very carefully>First Press power button then Press Volume Down,When Power On you must released the Power button and continue pressing the Volume Down
3.Released Volume Down when you see No Command and Now Press Volume UP to go to Android System Recovery
4.Use Volume Buttons to select wipe data/factory reset and confirm it by pressing Power Button
5.Select Yes-delete all user data then confirm it
6.Now you should Reboot it to completely do the reset progress.
