Samsung Galaxy Note Edge Hard Reset Steps
These are the steps that you should follow to perform a hard reset in your Samsung Galaxy Note Edge.Perform a hard reset using hardware keys if you want to reset to factory default settings if you cant access setting to manually reset it.
These are the following problems may fix once the hard reset is completed.
Warning:Make sure the battery is fully charged and make sure you have already have a back-up of your important data because by doing this method will completely wiped your data,messages,contacts and newly installed applications.
If the device menus are frozen or unresponsive, you can master reset using hardware keys. To perform a master reset, follow these steps:
1.Press and hold the following three buttons at the same time:
2.When the phone vibrates, release the Power and Home key but continue to press and hold the Volume Up key.
3.When the Android System Recovery screen appears, release the Volume Up keys.
4.Press the Volume down key several times key to select wipe data / factory reset.
5.Press Power button to select.
6.Press the Volume down key until Yes -- delete all user data is highlighted.
7.Press Power button to select and start the master reset.
8.When the master reset is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9.Press the Power key to restart the device
10.Follow on screen to continue using phone.

Use Internal Settings
- Back up all data on the internal memory.
- From any Home screen, tap Apps.
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll to USER AND BACKUP, then tap Backup and reset.
- If desired, tap Automatic restore to clear the check box.
- If desired, tap Back up my data to clear the check box.
- Tap Factory data reset.
- Tap Reset device.
- If you have screen lock turned on, enter your PIN or password.
- Tap Continue.
- Tap Delete all.
Use Hardware Keys

5.Use Volume Down to select wipe data/factory reset,Volume UP to confirm
6.Select Yes-Delete all User data,again volume up to confirm
7.Once the format is completed,Reboot System Now will highlight,confirm it by pressing Volume up
8.Wait until completely power on and follow on screen to continue using phone.

Procedures:
1.Open MerapiTool v1.4.1
2.Click Clear Virus
3.Click Clear MonkeyTest(USB)
4.Now Connect your Phone to PC using USB Cable(Turn-OFF Mode)
5.Wait Until Finish(Like shown in the image)
6.Then,Perform a Hard Reset(Watch the Video)
7.Follow on screen to continue using Phone.
