You have Sony Xperia M Dual C2004 ? in that problem like Pattern lock or Phone lock so you want to need to unlock that just you should following this tutorial and that is easy you can done unlock of both remember in following this tutorial first your mobile battery must be charged up to 80% up and also one by one following this tutorial and i put tutorial. Download Sony Xperia M Dual C2004 Unlock file from HERE

Required for Unlock of both lock :

• Sony Xperia M Dual C2004 with full charged battery
• Sony Xperia M Dual C2004 unlock file
• USB cable ( Micro)
• Computer or Laptop

Procedure:

• Download above Unlock file for Sony Xperia M Dual C2004
• Copy unlock file of Sony Xperia M Dual C2004
• And Paste to C:Flashtoolfirmwares here
• Open Sony Mobile Flash tools
• Click on Flash button (following below image)

• Choose "FlashMode" button and then Press Ok button after you choose flashmode then your screen direct in goes to flashmode see below image

• Wait until second flash windows opened if your second flash windows opened then your can see below image screen (Note : please do not following to procedure of below image this image only example)

• Above Image screen show in your Compute or Laptop just insert battery in your mobile and Press and hold Volume Down button and insert usb cable
• If your Sony Xperia M Dual C2004 unlock done then your can see screen of like below image

1. Pertama-tama , periksa versi firmware Anda ( jika Anda sudah memiliki yang terbaru , Anda tidak perlu tutorial ini.
2. Download dan install Flashtool
3. Download Firmware terbaru untuk Sony Xperia M C1905 Disini atau all stock rom sony disini
4. Paste file ftf download di langkah c ) ke folder ” Firmware ” di dalam folder Flashtool
5. Buka Flashtool , klik pada flash dan pilih firmware tadi di download ,  klik ok . Penting – jika Anda tidak ingin menghapus data dari ponsel Anda , cukup hapus tanda centang di userdata.sin . Semua data akan tetap berada di telepon Anda , tapi kadang-kadang dapat menyebabkan masalah tambahan. Jadi lebih baik ( dan saya sarankan ) untuk melakukan backup data pribadi Anda , lanjutkan dengan instalasi bersih dan kemudian mengembalikan data pribadi Anda.
6. Matikan telepon Anda dan ketika Flashtool menunjukkan pop up window , menghubungkan ponsel ke PC dengan tekan tombol volume bawah sampai Led warna hijau muncul
7. Setelah beberapa menit semua dilakukan dan telepon Anda mendapatkan firmware baru

Launch Miracle Box

Click on SPD tab

Tick Write

Under Choose type, Select the chip of the device you want to flash

Click the small yellow folder

Navigate to the ROMs/Firmware folder and select the bin file

Click Start button

You will see Scanning USB Serial port...

Connect device to PC while holding boot key (volume up or volume down)

Miracle will detect the phone and start flashing process

When you see Done! Flashing process is complete 

Disconnect and boot up phone

Step To Flash M-HORSE Y530

Download and extract the file above

Download and launch ResearchDownload

Click on load packet icon

Navigate to the extracted folder of the ROM

Select M-HORSE Y530 PAC 1.pac

When the file is completely loaded, click Play icon

Connect device to PC while holding volume down button

Wait for flash process to complete.

When you see PASSED flash process is complete

Disconnect device from PC and remove battery

Step 2

Again Click on load packet icon

Select M-HORSE Y530 PAC 2.pac

When the file is completely loaded, click Play icon

Connect device to PC while holding volume down button 

Wait for flash process to complete. 

When you see PASSED flash process is complete

Reboot device.

Note:       After flashing the files above you might notice that only one sim work at a time, This File also fix TourchPad error , remove pattern, gmail lock, e.t.c ..
