• Download  a file above, but do not install it before we order you to install
•  Go to Settings > Security > check list Unknown Source > if appears  warning, click Yes 
• Activate Developer Option, it is Go to Settings > About > Software Information > Click many times at Build Number until appears sentence that says your Developer Option has been activated
• Go to Developer Option > Activate USB Debugging
• Install Towel Root Application you have downloaded
• If it is installed, open Towel Root > click "make it ra1n" > wait until the process is completed, usually it appears and say that "the device has been rooted successfully" 
• If it is successfully rooted, download SuperSU application on Playstore  to check whether it is rooted or not. 
• If you have downloaded SuperSU, install and run application > if it asks you to update just click Yes > if update is finished it appears a warning that your device will be rebooted > choose Yes
• Your device will turn off and then turn on automatically and your Asus Padfone S has been rooted successfully
