• Run Odin flasher Tools.

• Before you install application outside the Play Store, activate & checklist unknown sources on Settings > Security > device administrators.
• Download and install Towelroot.
• Run towelroot.
• Tap Make it rain.
• Wait until the process is done, and this will  restart automatically.
• Install & update Supersu.
• Install Root checker to check whether your Samsung Galaxy S5 rooted successfully.
• Done.

• Extract the file using 7zip/winrar on your PC, and run Odin3-v3.07.exe.
• Click PDA button and then browse CF-Auto-Root-klte-kltedv-smg file.
