Installing Xposed Framework on Android Lollipop and Marshmallow
Since Google released Android Lollipop, one of the applications that we often use to customize your android smartphone, namely xposed Framework can not be used as normal again. But do not worry developers / developer of this application, Rovo89 still continues to develop this application to run on Android 5.0 Lollipop and higher. Although still in Beta but this application is now able to run pretty well on some android smartphones, but for installation method is not like as usually, it is little bit complicated because it must use a custom Recovery TWRP / CWM.


Warning

  • It is a mandatory that your Android smartphone has been rooted and already has installed custom Recovery TWRP / CWM, for this please search it on Google how to root and install TWRP on your mobile phone.
  • Any effect of this tutorial is not our responsibility.
  • To be safe, we recommend you to backup ROM before installing this xposed

Steps to Install Xposed Framework

3 Download the file according to your mobile phone - Download

1.xposed-vxx-sdk21- arm64 .zip and install the custom recovery TWRP / CWM


The information for red letters
  • select sdk21 when using Android 5.0,5.0.1,5.0.2 Lollipop
  • select sdk22 when using Android 5.1.1 Lollipop
  • select sdk23 when using Android 6.0 Marshmallow

The information for blue letters

  • arm64 for 64-bit ROM
  • arm for 32-bit ROM
  • x86 for Intel users like zenfone 4,5,6

XposedInstaller_3.0_alpha4.apk download and install as usual

Xposed-uninstaller-20150831-xxx.zip (flashing these files if they get stuck in bootloop or Logo)

AnyIndo - In this article we are going to share an article it is Improving Battery Life On Sony Xperia Z3 Compact (No Xposed). A lot of people need long battery life because Android devices is too lavish. Especially when we use our android devices to use internet, it takes heavy battery and we need more electric. Not all tutorial about the title "improving battery life on android" works well, because some of blogs just telling like shit to get many visitor without have good tutorial for their visitor. But in this article we would like to guide Xperia Z3 compact user to follow this tutorial to improve battery life on their device, if they want to follow this.


We found other solutions to save battery life without Xposed framework and without greenfy application. You know, this have helped a lot and your phone does not drain the battery when in idle or screen off. Just if you trust this tutorial, lets follow this:


Device Settings:

  1. Go to Wi-fi and press 3 dot on right corner =>> Advanced =>> Keep Wifi on during sleep and set "Never". It means wifi will disconnect home when screen off about 15 minutes. You dont have to worry because wifi will connect again if you unlock the screen. Turn off Network Notification" and "Scanning always available".

  2. Go to Xperia Connectivity and turn off when it is not used.

  3. Go to "More =>> and find Mobile networks =>> Prefered network type =>> and set to 3G (prefered GSM) if you dont watch youtube or movies. According to us 3G or H+ is fast enough if  internet network in your area is good. 

  4. Go to Display and turn on Adaptive brightness, set sleep as 1 minute. Turn off Smart backlight control, Daydream and Tap to wake.

  5. Go to Sound and notification =>> Other sounds and turn off everything.

  6. Go to Apps=>> All and disable the following apps, but you dont have to disable the apps you are using:

·         Docs

·         Drive

·         Google App (this app drain a lot of battery)

·         Google Play Books

·         Google Play Movies & TV

·         Google Play Newstand

·         Google Text To Speech

·         Google+ (this app drain a lot of battery)

·         Hangouts App (this app drain a lot of battery)

·         Support (We think that we don’t need its support anymore)

·         Talkback6

7. Go to Location =>> Set ‘’Mode’’ as Battery saving.

8. Go to Accounts and turn off some sync you don’t want to be synced.

9. Go to Developer options =>> change Window animation scale, "Off"
10. And your phone will feel faster than before

    Steps:

    • Download all above

    • Install xperia installer apk

    • Install SElinux mode changer

    • Open SElinux mode changer and choose permessive

    • open xposed installer =>> framework, check app_proses and its xposedbridge it is still -- in the active column

    • Choose soft reboot

    • Go to recovery mode and install xposed framework, and the reboot

    • Open xposed installer =>> framework, check app_prosesand its xposedbridge filled with number in the active column. If it is filled, it means you have successfully installed framework

    • Done

But do not worry because the developer of this application, Rovo89 still continues to develop this application to run on Android 5.0 Lollipop and higher. Although still in Beta but this application is now able to run quite well in some android smartphones, but for the method of installation is not like it used to a bit complicated because you have to use a custom Recovery TWRP / CWM.


    In this article we will guide you to install xposed on all android marshmallow and lollipop, but before we go to the main topic of this article you need to read some warning bellow:


    Warning:

    • Remember that you android device must be rooted already and it is installed custom Recovery TWRP/CWM. If you still do not understand about TWRP/CWM you can check our last article about this.

    • To make it safe do not forget to back up your data and file because sometimes you will lost your data and file when you install xposed on your android device.

    If you have read the warning above and understand it well, lets be ready to execute your android device. Actually installing xposed on android  is easy if we know how to do it. Lets read and follow the instruction bellow carefully:


    Files:

    • Xposed-vxx-sdk21arm64 .zip  - Download

    Steps:

    • Download and install xposed via custom recovery TWRP/CWM.

    • Read some important explanations bellow:

    Choose sdk21 if your android device use Android 5.0.5.0.1.5.0.2 Lollipop Choose sdk22 if your android device use Android 5.1.1 Lollipop Choose sdk23 if your android device use Android 6.0 Marshmallow 
    • Read some important explanations bellow:

    arm64 for ROM with 64-bit arm for ROM with 32-bitx86 for Intel, it is like Asus Zenfone etc 
    • Download and install  XposedInstaller_3.0_alpha4.apk

    • Use  xposed-uninstaller-20150831-xxx.zip to flash your android device if you get bootloop or stuck on android logo.

    Note:
    Find all file on that website, it is complete and you can just choose the file.
